Shane Johnson, PE
Principal
Shane graduated from Walla Walla University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2010. He received his Professional Engineering License in 2015. He has extensive experience with high end custom residential structures and sophisticated industrial projects around the globe. We like to view Shane as the “Wizard Behind the Curtain” engineer who has the ability to solve difficult structural problems with innovative yet simple solutions. Shane is conscientious and his attention to detail is second to none. He has three children who enjoy adventuring cross-country and spending time on their family’s cattle ranch in Central Idaho.
Richard Allen, PE
Principal
Richard graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2007. Upon graduation he worked for the U.S. Navy as a Structural Engineer dealing with special projects, rigging & handling, and retrofits on submarines and surface ships. He received his Professional Engineer License in 2014. In 2015 he switched to the private sector and has since provided structural consulting for custom residential, multi-family and industrial projects. Rich and his wife Natasha have two dogs, Olive and Pepper. When not working he enjoys fishing in his boat, playing the piano, and working on his own building projects. Rich likes to use his creativity and practical nature to find elegant solutions to structural challenges.
Kyle Stabb, PE, SE
Structural Engineer
Kyle graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2014. He received his Professional license in 2018 and his Structural license in 2024. His engineering experience includes multi-family, commercial, industrial, and high-end residential projects. Kyle enjoys designing safe, efficient structures using wood, concrete, and steel, and thrives on identifying the essential components that bring a project to life. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. His current interests are 3D printing and being a Cub Scout leader for his oldest daughter's den.
Nathaniel Johnson
Structural Drafter
Nate graduated from Walla Walla University with a Bachelor in Fine Arts. He is a Navy Veteran. He is an amazing artist and we are glad to have him as part of our team. When not working Nate is building his own home on his Family's ranch in Central Idaho, he enjoys fishing, hunting and fitness.
